Brodheadsville Cemetery, Brodheadsville, PA

05-29-05

This investigation was done on a fluke. Word of mouth had suggested different anomolies have been spotted on this back-road cemetery, so we figured it was worth a half-hour of our time.

Again, we were investigating on the weekend before *memorial* day. Fortunately, we were the only ones there within the particular time-frame we chose. It's a small little cemetery with a few older stones, but most of what we took notice of had death dates from the late 1980's up to 2005. It's not an extremely old cemetery, but it's got a definite feel to it. Despite this feel, we didn't capture even one anomoly on film. We did, however, get a really good E.V.P. out of it. This is able to be heard on our E.V.P. page. While I was walking around doing my inquiries bit, (asking if anyone can tell me there name holding my mic and little table-top recorder), something answered me. With this E.V.P. I was answered, "Yes, my name is Carol." Sometimes science demands we do strange things to further our research, but I got results! Below are some images from the cemetery itself.

The Verdict?

Something is apparently there. I'm surprised I didn't get so much as one anomoly in picture form, but there's always a next time. I will *definitely* be doing more research up there in the form of digital audio. Perhaps it's because it is a newer cemetery that the activity is higher. More research is called for in this case.
